LWCC MLK LOCK-IN / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. WHAT TIME DO THE DOORS OPEN????
   Doors will open for this event at 7pm. Entry and on-site registration will take place at this time. No one will be allowed on the property before 7pm.
2. WHAT IS THE LATEST YOU CAN ARRIVE????
   Doors will close at 9pm. No more students or registrants will be allowed entry after this time
3. WHAT TIME DOES THE LOCK-IN END????
   The Lock-in will end at 8am. Students can be picked up any time after 6am
4. HOW CAN WE OBTAIN WAIVERS????
   Waivers can be printed off from the Light of the World Website or there will be copies available on-site. No Students will be allowed in the lock-in without a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Guardian must be 25yrs or older
5. WHAT DO I DO IF MY SCHOOL DOESN’T HAVE SCHOOL ID’s????
   If you attend a school that does not have school ID’s, your parent or guardian must come in person to register you on-site. Your parent or guardian must have valid government ID and  must be 25yrs or older
6. WILL THIS EVENT BE PROPERLY CHAPERONED????
   There will be over 50 adult chaperones, LWCC Security Officers and IMPD Officers for this event. All adult chaperones have been trained and have received background checks
7. CAN WE BRING SNACKS TO THE LOCK-IN????
   Yes, but NO colored juices or sodas will be allowed and no Gum will be allowed. Clear sodas and Juices(sprite, lemonade etc) will be allowed along with chips and candy. Teens will also be able to purchase snacks from the snack bar, which will be open for the duration of the lock-in
8. WILL FOOD BE PROVIDED AT THE LOCK-IN????
   Yes, Pizza, Hot Dogs, Chips and Lemonade will be provided and served several times throughout the evening.
9. CAN STUDENTS TAKE UBER OR LYFT HOME????
   Students can take UBER or LYFT home but, a Parent or Guardian must come in person and sign a special waiver granting permission for that student to use to solicit paid transportation home. No Student will be allowed to leave the lock-in before 6am. No Students will be allowed to walk Home
