• Pre-register on our website at lovelwcc.org to participate in the Annual Virtual Congregational Meeting on December 16, 2020.  A link for the Annual Virtual Congregational Meeting will be sent to the email address you include in your pre-registration. 
• Cast your vote.  Every active member may vote ONLY once, either electronically or in-person.  An active member may NOT vote electronically and in-person. 

1. Electronic Voting – Active members who choose to vote electronically will be emailed a link to cast their vote from a computer/tablet/smartphone to the email on file with the church.  Electronic voting opens on December 11^th and closes at 5:00 p.m. ET on December 16^th.  Only one vote may be cast per email address. 
2. In-Person Voting – Active members who choose to vote in-person may drive up to cast their vote at the church on Wednesday, December 16^th from 10am – 12pm.   

• Last, PLEASE participate in the Annual Virtual Congregational Meeting on Wednesday, December 16^th at 6:30 p.m.ET. There will be no voting during the meeting.  Results from the electronic and in-person voting will be shared during the Annual Virtual Congregational Meeting.
